  Orchard Parksuites fantastic location althoug

  Just step outside the antiquated lobby at Orchard Parksuites and you will reach the modern glitzy orchard road, gem of Singapore. no complaints other than apartments being old, as they are very clean. maybe some maintenance is due? Otherwise all good.

  So friendly

  Nice serviced apartments at Orchard Parksuites. look beyond how old it seems because the staff are so kind and friendly. they extend help whenever i need it, and the kitchen in the apartment is well equipped with much-needed stuffs like microwave, cutlery and kettle.

  Could do with better security

  Access to open to people coming in from outside and up to the lifts and corridors. don't feel secure at Orchard Parksuites and this concern is not taken seriously. don't seem to have security cameras. Maintenance issues for a relatively young 29 year old freehold, experienced lift breakdown.

  Excellent service despite older apartment

  My apartment is on the older side but nevertheless it's comfy, well-kept, and service is excellent

  Surprisingly comfy and clean

  The apartment is super comfy and clean. I didn't expect that since it's an older property, but I was blown away by the service and the well-kept amenities
