With a PSF of $2,548 to $3,041, Orchard Sophia (TOP 2027) seems a bit steep but the price is justified due to various encouraging factors. 1. Central location in Singapore 2. Serene location in the middle of lush greenery 3. Freehold 4. Brand new 5. Award-winning (PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards) 6. High-end branded fittings would recommend this if you have the budget for it. -
