  some hilltop views of Oxley

  Oxley Residence is perching on a hill surrounded by greenery and other private properties to make this a tranquil residential area with a well-known address. even though it's low-rise, this terrain advantage brings a bit of views to residents. and nice big balcony

  no gym here

  there's a pool, there's a jacuzzi, but developers didn't build a gym although space needed is less for a basic one. that's one of my key criteria and don't have.

  well-designed gem

  very private housing, with 12 units that are spacious 4BR, with landed home feels. over 10 years old but still feels premium and special with the unique contemporary design. love the jacuzzi and luxury of space and privacy to enjoy in this quiet estate of oxley. beautiful inside and out.
