  The 2 bedders are very good sized(861-1023sf). Earlier sales quantum isn 2018 were about $800,000, making it quite an attractive proposition given its location, amenities and MRT proximity.

  Quiet Enviroment

  Recently purchased a unit. Convenient for families as many amenities are close by. Transportation is good. CBP and 4th Univ makes the location attractive for investment.

  My Stay in Palmwoods

  I stayed in this condo for the past 10 years. Transportation connectivity is excellent, with MRT Station within 10mins walk to Tanah Merah MRT Station., and quick access to PIE / ECP expressways. This estate situated next to Bedok Market Place (SimPang Bedok), with Shop & Save supermarket opens 24 hours and famous food center opens through the night. Good schools like Temasek Primary & Anglican High Sec as well as many childcare centres nearby. There are many good reasons why Palmwoods is highly sought-after by Expatriate Tenants, giving investors an attractive rent returns ?such as 4.2% rental yield. In addition, with the upcoming mega development within close proximity [1km to Singapore expo, future 4th University and Changi Business Hub], the rental demand and hence the value of Palmwoods will continue to appreciate aggressively. This condo is an excellent place for families/couples who prefer privacy environment and easy access with public transport , that you hardly have to take a cab. The evenings are lovely and full of scenic spots with kids playing and birds chirping. Given the age of the development, i must say that it is indeed a well maintained premises. Overall very happy with the place. My ADVISE is Don't listen to what people talk, come in and make your own opinion.

  Interior ok buy exterior not so good

  The interior 3bedroom design is reasonable,spacious. Having stayed in quiet District 15 area for 5 years, I find this condo too crowded with children - WARNING:it can be very noisy when the children are at play in the pool and playground, we can hear from inside the units... It seems the building is not sound proof, easily exposed to many noises - children screaming, new condo site construction,ongoing vehicles outside the condo and many passersby to food centres etc...Not suitable for us as we do find the place noisy though food amenities are a plenty here. Strongly recommend to people who can tolerate noise but like food availability and cheap condo prices!

  More for family with young children

  Convenient for family, good food and shopping at supermarket nearby less than 2mins walk Noisy many young todlers and young kids around. Construction nearby noisy. Traffic noisy too. Many human traffic nearby due to food centres and kopi shops.

  Value for money!

  I bought a unit here recently.. and I must say, this is value for money! With many food shops, supermarket and other amenities closeby, its very nice and lively. Being close to changi business park and the new upcoming university, i can see a lot of potential here...
