One of the best condos in Katong
Paradise Palms is a freehold condo surrounded by a multitude of amenities. Such as Bus stops and train stations (like Dakota, Paya Lebar and the sook to come Tanjong Katong MRT). With the nearest bus stops being only a one minute walk. There’s also bikes like Anywheel nearby for u to cycle to nearby MRT stations. The food nearby is exquisite, there’s Haig road market, old airport road with delectable food from various cuisines. There’s also a lot of excellent schools like TKPS, TKSS, VJC, VS (both have direct buses), TKGS. It’s also quite close to the airport!! There many shopping malls such as parkway, PLQ, PLS, Singpost, Kinex. The community here is also very friendly, neighbors who are always looking out for u. You can always have fun gatherings with them!! -

Amazing Condominium
Paradise Palms is a free-hold condominium with an amazing location with many facilities nearby but lacking in condominium facilities. There is a direct bus to many shopping malls such as Suntec City, PLQ and so many more. There are two train stations within walking distance and direct buses to them. There are restaurants with delightful cuisines from a range of cultures just a walk away. There are also top tier schools close by such as TKPS, TKSS and VJC. This condominium is one I would suggest to anyone if they love an amazing location and do not need to depend to much on condominium facilities. -

Facilities Poor Maintenance
The condo has a small swimming pool and basketball court, a tennis court and a gym. The overall look of all facilities seem to be down and lack of maintenance. The pool is only 1.2m at its deepest and the water looks dirty at times. The small basketball court is dirty and stained all over. The gym equipment is dirty and the room has a smell. However the tennis court is fairly okay. The security guards are not 24/7 and the gate is locked at night. Resident here uses a remote to open the auto gate but other cars have to wait outside the gate cos there’s no guard to open the gate for them. It’s rather inconvenient for visitors and taxi etc. The common toilet is shared and it looks down and not regularly maintained. -

Poor Management of Condo facilities
My family and I were here viewing a rental unit last Saturday and was surprised to see the swimming pool being cornered off. As my agent is late, we went around exploring the place. Found out that the changing room and toilet can't be locked and kids shouting loudly and loitering around. Also encountered an owner that didn't latch her dog and allowed it to run loose. A security guard was 'patroning' around but he didn't stop such actions. He didn't even stop to ask for our details when we walked pass the security post. Notices on the notice board stating that the swimming pool can't be used and no time mentioned when it is being repaired and warning to parents to stop their kids from vandalising the basketball court. Also have to extra careful when walking the pathway to the lift lobby as there are koi pools that one can easily make a wrong move and fall inside. -
