Noisy & unsettling ground floor unit - never
Stayed on a ground floor unit at blk 34. Flawed condo design. Movers charge premium cos no ramp. Mgt charges a non refundable $80 for lift padding! Carpark is exposed at the MBR balcony. Can hear car engines, doors closing, tyres screeching. Can hear people & cleaners talking, pushing dustbin on wheels(noisy) even on a Sunday. Evening, kids will play soccer at the grass patch outside hall balcony, screaming away. All day long, delivery guys & contractors walk past n push their trolley on the uneven gravel path outside hall balcony, sound from the frction of wheels is a headache. When they fumigate, baby cockroaches crawl out from dustin into the yard. Then grass cutting, then plant pruning with electric saw. Non stop noise pollution. Will not recommend a ground floor unit in this condo. -

Not immediately near to any MRT Stations
Not immediately near to any MRT Stations, but great if one drives and often need to hit the ECP. building designs look a bit dated but thats easily compensated by the surrounding charming estates. -

Nice family environment
Great environment for families. the 1474sf is deal for matured members as comes with full ensuite. mins to airport and up coming future MRT, this project you must view to love it! -

Far East bought 31 Parbury Ave
I came across this article (http://forums.condosingapore.com/showthread.php?t=9675)which you may be interested if you are thinking of buying Parbury Hill Condo. The enbloc site will be right opposite blk 28.. good luck to those staying in Parbury Condo, especially blk 28 and near the entrance. -

Gem of a find in Singapore
After 6 long months of searching for our dream house in Singapore my husband and I finally stumbled across this condo in the East coast and boy was I happy i found it!! :) I could not believe a property this beautiful;gorgeous exteriors & interiors, full condo facillities, proximity to a large number of facillities including the east coast beach and excellent Sea view (atleast from the unit we viewed) was selling at such a Reasonable price and obviously we made an offer after our second viewing. I can confidently say that was our best decison to date, i simply love living here!! It is so breezy, tranquil, well maintained and the condo management is v helpful. We can eat out at the great eateries east coast has to offer and cycle there on the weeknd...Blissful Indeed! -

love at first sight
i recently visited a unit at block 28 on the higher and to my disbelief the sea view and the windy breeze just slip me off my feet. the greenery and the sea-view just make it a perfect place for peaceful living. Yes in the evening there are a well mixed blend of expats and locals to mingle around and with their kids playing the large well kept swimming pool. Equally a nice place for sporty couples to enjoy a good game of tennis and a stroll down to east park just minutes away. Its an awesome place to live in especially these properties are free - whole. Living on a hill top with bliss serene and nice cool winds.. Thank you. -

very misleading
I was looking to lease/buy an apartment at this condo on a recommendation from a colleague.I viewed during the daytime and it was peaceful and tranquil.Unfortunately my wife couldnt make the next viewing so we had to re-arrange for the evening.Much to our surprise the whole place had taken on a new persona.a pool full of screaming children (local and expats)and dogs barking from all quarters.car tyres screaming from the underground carpark (due to the road suface) and numerous car alarms being activated and de-activated.A very poorly equipped gym just made it all the worse.Needless to say,we didnt pursue our interest and would recommend anyone even remotely considering this condo to visit the place around 6pm to get a better view of what it is really like. -

Calm, safe and yet sizeable
We have been renting out here for a year now. Its a very calm place and has sufficient units that you see people around and have company especially for kids. Very safe for kids. Its very well maintained and clean. Its windy in many of the units due to the fact that the condo is on the hill. Since built in the 90s the interior of the units are spacious as well compared to the newer units being built now a days. There is a good mixture of people with locals and expats from asia and west. All the amenities of a condo like swimming pool, tennis court, gym, kids play area, baby play room, lounge, party hall, barbeque and our favourite squash court are available. You can also have parties on the pool side. Many express buses connect from the Upper east coast road to the city which can take you in 15 to 25 minutes depending on where the office is located. Also, the Tanamerah MRT is 15 mins walk or 2 bus stops. Food courts are also very nearby in the HDB below the hill. Traditional market is again 15 mins walk from the place and cold storage is 3 stops away. -

nice place for family
hi. i used to live in Parbury Hill Condo. very nice place for the family especially with childrens. Quiet and cosy ambience. full facilities for you to enjoy...on certain occasion residents are invited to join in having fun like hallowean nite, lantern festival and much more....very good maintenance, friendly security guards, and helpful cleaners. its been 3months since i left the place but i still miss it a lot. feels like coming back but its no longer called my home..... -
