An ok play
Pros -Near Potong Pasir MRT, however it's not 200 meters as per the map, takes around 10 minutes to reach because of the roads you need to take. -Quiet for a place that near the highway, probably shielded by the other developments. -Small swimming pool, not used by anyone. -Walkable to St Andrews Cons -Terrible jam getting out of the place in the morning -no nearby malls, not sure why previous reviewer said it's walkable to Nex, I don't even think you can cycle there in 15 minutes. -Construction noise from nearby places, till end 2018. -Dusty, need to clean house often because of the dust from the PIE. -

Ruby among the diamonds
Parc Aston is indeed a rare Gem liken Ruby among the diamond. This is why: 1. stone throw to potong pasir MRT/ Bus stop; minutes to orchard 2. stone throw to good school like St Andrew's village 3. walking distance to future American school 4. walking distance to the business district along paya lebar 5. walking distance to the biggest mega mall (NEX) 6. Heartland amenities like wet market and eateries 7. Quiet neighbourhood 8. Excellent investment project with <25 units and this is favorable to future end block efforts in time to come 9. minutes to major expressway -
