-Near Potong Pasir MRT, however it's not 200 meters as per the map, takes around 10 minutes to reach because of the roads you need to take.
-Quiet for a place that near the highway, probably shielded by the other developments.
-Small swimming pool, not used by anyone.
-Walkable to St Andrews
Cons
-Terrible jam getting out of the place in the morning
-no nearby malls, not sure why previous reviewer said it's walkable to Nex, I don't even think you can cycle there in 15 minutes.
-Construction noise from nearby places, till end 2018.
-Dusty, need to clean house often because of the dust from the PIE.
