  Bright & Spacious

  I thought the condo was really well-designed, bright and well-ventilated. The units I have really efficient layouts. And the whole condo gives a peaceful vibe.

  Worst Apartment Ever

  The soundproofing is extremely inadequate, and I've had a challenging experience with selfish and noisy neighbors. Particularly, the incessant beeping of a parking alarm system disrupted my sleep throughout the entire stay. Management team is also not doing their job well.

  Great boutique condo with lots of nearby amen

  Excellent location right outside the action of Joo Chiat and Katong Area. Lots of food choices within walking distance. Hospital is extremely close if your kids or family need to see a doc and convenience stores just down the street. 7 min walk to Eunos Mrt or 2 bus stops away. Condo is well maintained and spacious compared to the new condos after 2018 and no bay windows or planter boxes. Park connectors are all very close by which leads you to east coast park!

  Far from MRT and no amenities

  This condo firstly is too far from the MRT and has no amenities such as food or Supermarket close by. The 4th floor of the condo is the noisiest place I've ever lived,there are children running up and down the corridor from early till late,some even entered my condo!
