  Weigh the pros and cons before buying/renting

  Pros: good-sized units, well-maintained, near mrt and bus interchange. Cons: limited facilities, on a busy and noisy junction

  One of the many new condos that sprung up on Punggol. Decent quality fittings and facilities Units are reasonably spaced out

  GREAT Condo

  3 min walk to bus interchange and 5 min to MRT and WaterWay Mall. Punggol is seem to be far away yet 25 min on MRT you reach Dhoby Ghaut - practically the city. 15min you reach Serangoon MRT to change to circle line. The complex is very serene though there are lots of units. It is green and clean. The 50m swimming pool is never crowded. People mind their own business. Spacious balcony. Management can be improved by informing tenants not to hang clothes in balcony.
