I suppose since Parc Komo is located near Changi Airport, it can’t be a high-rise development. This makes it cosier in my opinion. The Japanese theme is also quite nice. I love how the interior and exterior spaces melt into one. It creates a lot of harmony and peace, so I can’t wait to move into the apartment. I’m a frequent flier, at least twice a month, and I don’t like wasting time travelling to the airport. Hence, Parc Komo’s proximity to the airport was one of the main considerations why I purchased an apartment here.

Japanese coolness
I bought a condo unit at Parc Komo recently. The design of the property is impressive. I love the Japanese theme which incorporates a lot of greenery and natural light. The brochure boasts of interesting features like poolside cabanas, a water hammock and yoga decks. The whole landscape feels like a beautiful enchanted forest. As for my condo, the floor plan is thoughtfully conceptualised and the developer is incorporating modern fittings and appliances.
