As with most condo that are near Woodleigh MRT Station, Parc Mondrian is a freehold condo with medium size of 100 units within modern structures and landscapes. -

Good place to be
Good size condos for the price point and compared to offerings across the street. The buildings are quiet and the people friendly. The nearest bus stop is a mere 3 minutes walk depending on your pace, not 15 minutes. Two MRT stations are at a perfectly walkable distance and require a 5 to 8 minutes walk to reach. NEX mall is only a stop away on the MRT and Potong Pasir offers several markets, shops and services nearby. The pool is of good size and family friendly. It is also very good for laps. The gym could be bigger and have more space for stretching and working out with free weights. The meeting/party room is not big enough nor is it located by the pool making it somewhat useless. It could be better used as an extension to the gym. Not having a building in front of the condo is also a plus as you get a good breeze and a more open view. -

Looks good from outside but....
Small swimming pool and weird layout. Gym is also small. For some reason the management fee is high compared to the facilities. Nearest bus stop is 15 minutes walk away, the road connecting out is curved and is a longer walk that it looks on the map. Nearest MRT is not walkable, need to take the bus to MRT. 8 WoodLeigh and Blossoms seems to be a better and cheaper choice. -

Diamond in the rough
A truly beautiful and rare development perched on a hill top overlooking picture perfect views of lush greenery. A small development with extremely large potentials. The size of the project caters to exclusiveness which cannot be compared to other mass market developments. -

Tranquil, classy & exclusive
Parc Mondrian is nestled in a tranquil and serene environment, surrounded by lush greenery. You get a very resort feel at the pool & common areas. I personally feel that the place exudes quite a 'classy' feel. Just as important, it is a short 6-8 mins walk to Woodleigh MRT. The place offers a good balance between accessibility and tranquility, as you don't get affected by road noise & pollution. Unit sizes are good, and the facilities are well maintained, plus there is a nice gentle breeze around the development. The one downside is that the function room seems too small for family events. Overall, quite the hidden gem, especially when they start building shopping centers and amenities in the Woodleigh MRT vicinity. -

Mini function room and Gym
The function room is too small to hold any function, it's more like Mahjong room with only 2 small square table. The Gym and swimming pool is also relatively small. -

Shocking high management fees
Condo is overpriced and workmanship is of poor quality. Tiles are not done properly and they are uneven, esp in toilets. It does not have tennis courts, its gym is extremely small, pool is tiny. But the management fees is shockingly high. Not worth it. -

Perfect freehold apartment with tranquil environment.Standing on an elevated ground.You will enjoy peace & quiet with your loved ones.Be it you stay on the patio unit or high floor,you will capture different type of view and atmosphere when you are entering your unit. This apartment is walking distance to upcoming woodleigh MRT & Potong Pasir MRT.Within 1km to the famous St Andrew Sch.Several zones in Potong Pasir are under planning & upcoming e.g like the woodleigh bus interchange etc In future ,you will get to see a new Potong Pasir & Woodleigh. Enjoy your stay then. -
