  nice condo with more than expected facilities

  I love the facilities provided by Parc Olympia, it is quite friendly for families especially those with little kids. there are very nice and big swimming pool, kid playground, bbq area, basketball court, tennies court and running track. Lovely!

  Purchased a penthouses unit at Parc Olympia (PO) post reviewing multiple near by project. PO is a well layout including maintenance. Value of money you spend on your purchase

  Awesome Family Condo

  After living here for almost 2 years I have no major complain, a part the usual finishing,not so perfect as is quite normal in Asia. (I had another apartment from CDL, and things were not different, as well as other friends in other condos in other part of the island), but is the perfect place for the family and for relaxation.Fantastic pool and facility in general. People should be more civilized when they use the barbeque, but the management clean well almost every morning. Good cure of the garden too. Our unit is far from the highway and we only hear birds, and not even airplains even if we are very near to the airport. Rooms are bright and we don't hear our neighbours. Overall I'm very satisfy with Parc Olympia.I give 4 stars for all

  Great facilities but...

  Relatively new condo with lovely grounds and facilities - awesome pool and kids play ground, although the gym is rather small for a condo this size. Convenient shuttle bus is also available, as well as a convenience store near the entrance. Common areas and grounds are usually kept very clean. But such horrible fittings within the unit. Each room is separated by gypsum board which means you can hear a pin drop in the next room and even from two rooms down. Door handles are so rigid and squeaky, piping problems behind the wall in bathrooms causing major damage to the storage cabinets, floor tiles that are porous and stain so easily, all sliding doors on balcony don't even lock, even after the contractor has come to "fix"it. Really poor workmanship on tiling and cabinetry (excess cement and glue haven't been cleaned up properly, floor skirting is crooked, laminate in cupboards are uneven) This condo also has a major ant problem - have had to call in pest control twice in 2 months to eradicate ants which they say is a problem of the land not being treated properly, many ant trails everywhere in the gardens. Management office - the norm - unfriendly and unhelpful.
