Nightmare for your deliveries because most drivers will either send to the wrong block that is beside or simply not be able to locate your intercom. And did I mention the crazy woman? Good luck getting along with it.

Noisy, Prostitution, and now DRUGS!!
The place is too small & expensive and now getting worst with all kinda issues since no security control..
Best part, the whole unit will be flooded with water when it rains

Ok but too expensive
Recent transacted prices are far lower than asking price $1150 vs $1500+ asking?! Rental yield would be good for the few 2-3 years but afterthat, the demand will drop drastically. The shophouse concept, nearby massage parlours and stadium puts me off. I do not see much capital appreciation for this development and when a recession hits, the price of this type of development will be the first to come tumbling down like rubble.
