  Very nice connectivity and resort like look

  Spread out and spacious with friendly condo staff. Very green with a nice swi.mming pool

  Park West

  Matured huge development on vast land off Clementi ave 6, Park West has close access to both PIE and AYE. Units are spacious but balcony can be a tad small. Just nice for little gardening all those who likes to stand to take a puff

  Balance view on park west

  I stayed in Park West since 2010, "enblock" was already the main selling point for this property. Here are the plus point for this property: 1. Convenient location. 2 bus stop away from MRT, 10-15 mins walk to MRT. Located just beside AYE clementi avenue 6 exit. Thus driving to town takes around 15mins without traffic jam. Less than 5 mins drive to International business hub at jurong east 2. Large landscape, which means ample parking space, lots of tree, huge pond. 3. Relatively huge swimming pool.With chalet style bbq pit. The negative of the property 1. Some blocks which are near AYE could be noisy and dusty. 2. Buildings shape is not square. Some angles here and there. 3. Facilities are old. Sauna is not really functional. Eateries is not in business most of the time. I would recommend to buy this place consider the price and the convenience.

  Park West

  This condo is amongst the few condos left in Singapore with a MASSIVE Estate. Great condo with full facilities incl - squash- again very rare now. Has beautiful landscaping- with the largest Fish Pond i have seen in Singapore in a condo. Very conveniently located near MRT, Shopping, NUS, NTU and now the upcoming Youth Olympics complex. Has a great En-bloc potential !!!
