  Old, but bigger room, management is bad

  The experience was marred by poor management decisions, particularly during the COVID pandemic when security was removed, leading to chaotic conditions. Business activities were conducted in inappropriate areas, such as the tennis court, and management seemed to prioritize profit over tenant satisfaction by cutting corners. The condo environment was noisy and unsettling, with questionable business practices from FarEast Organization. As a result, I will steer clear of them in the future.

  Squash court as facility

  There's a squash court in the condo and my friend would sometimes invite me over to play together. The court is relatively well-maintained considering its an older condo.

  About 10 min walk away from Novena MRT. In case of medical emergencies, TTSH is just across the street. Just to take note, maybe youll hear regular ambulance sirens which youll prolly get used overtime

  If you don’t mind condo, Pastoral View offer

  If you don’t mind condo, Pastoral View offers a very good location with close proximity to Novena Square MRT station, Balestier and even Orchard Road. Units are only for rental. Well kept.
