  Like the slanting or sloping design of this condo. Huge balconies and generous space in this rather matured estate. Simple no frills facilities but one will find this quiet condo near greeneries soothing

  Nice place for own stay and investment

  32 FH units only with all the facilities. Nice surrounding environment.very near to city. Good buy at current psf for investment.
