  Lovely

  This a lovely condominium. The units are bright and quite large with good use of space. Facilities are well maintained and the condominium is on a hill. It has an indoor playground too. The only downside is that the condo is quite far from the nearest bus stop and train station. Walking downhill is not a problem but walking uphill, well.. I guess it's good exercise, depending on how you look at it. Wish they had a shuttle service. Pinewood gardens is within the vicinity of some good schools and is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. Overall, a lovely place if one has a car or enjoys walking.. a lot.

  Great location solid investment

  If you are interested in a bigger unit for your family and you don't mind the age of the building, this is it. Orchard road is just a walking distance and all the prestigious schools are right at the foothill of Balmoral park. Gym is well equipped but pool is rather small. tons of open space for your family to explore which is very rare in this area. there are many western expats with kids live here so if you have kids, they could easily find friends. It is suburb in the city feel. Good Value for money condo. highly recommended!

  Pinewood Gardens

  Mixed nationalities. Reasonably priced units from 2-4 bedrooms, some with large patio area. Apartments are 15 years old so conditions vary. Nice Gym, pool area, playground and tennis and squash court. Quiet location on a hill about 20 minutes walk from Newton and Orchard MRT. Good bus links to Orchard and Bukit Timah areas. Close to American, Tanglin and Pines Clubs. Easy access to PIE. 20 minutes drive from Tanglin Trust and UWC schools. Security guards friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept.

  A great place for family with kids

  If you were to go there in the evening, you will find a United Nations of kids, of various nationalities and background. This condo is extremely popular with expatriates with kids as there is a very large and conducive grounds for kids to play. In addition, it's one of the very rare condos with an indoor and outdoor playground. The gymn is very well maintained, well equipped and is as big as some hotel's.
