Whilst the condo is known for its lower level villa and duplexes, the development also offers a 1-story 3, and 4 bedrooms with an efficient layout facing the Botanic Garden forest with unobstructed view. I have lived in the facility for close to two-years, and is generally very happy about management and the neighbour. Predominantly lived in by the property owners, with young children, there is a community feel to the place. Best yet, it is very very quiet. ZERO road noise. Walking distance to MRT Farrer Drive, and within 1 km to Nanyang Primary School, and 2 km to Hwa Zhong.

Lack of playground
There isnt a playground, only a slide available. Therefore this boutique condo is more geared towards couples and couples without children. Also provide a more peaceful abode, if that's what you're looking for

Inviting fresh laundry scent
There is a laundromat just beside pollen n bleu, so there is a fresh laundry scent that fills the air. My friend who lives here says that her guests always say that her house smells inviting because of it

Quiet and Convenience In The Most Prime Distr
Surrounded by lush of greens and GCBs. Located in close proximity to Singapore Botanical Gardens, Orchard Road and Holland Village. It's a very quiet environment that provides a good peacefully dwelling place. Takes around five minutes walk to nearest Farrer Road MRT Station, bus stop and Empress Place wet market/hawker centre.
Lovely environment and neighbours. One of the best boutique project anyone can find for its price and prestige in District 10 of Singapore.
The management (MC) has to improve though, certain things and features are a little dated, no big issues.
Perfect place for small family entities.
