  Primedge Review

  I checked out a number of units in the area. Primedge is one of many new shoebox developments that are coming online in Singapore. The Primedge units had multiple bedrooms, most of which were very small. The master bedroom was so small that you could not fit a king size bed into the room and still close the bedroom door. The second bedroom would have enough room to put a single bed in, but not much else. To exacerbate the situation, the developer has built in swinging and not sliding doors. In Japan, the maximum effective use of space they will install sliding doors so that there is no wastage of space. White goods were built in to the kitchen area. It had a refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was pretty compact and looked like it would meet the needs of a single person. The gymnasium consists of a small room containing a treadmill and a stationary bike. The room is pretty small and I think it would not be very comfortable working out in it with another person. You would most likely be bumping into one another and slinging sweat on each other. The pool is tiny, something akin to a kiddy pool in other condos, but a bit deeper. The area itself is on the far end of Geylang, away from the seediest parts of Geylang. There is a supermarket nearby which is helpful. Lots of eateries in the area and there are plenty of bus routes to the city along Geylang Road and Sims Ave. Keep in mind that Sims ave and Geylang Road are both one way. The result is that when going to the city, the bus stop is just a block away. When coming home from the city, you will need to walk an additional block.

  value for money. its located between ajlunied mrt and mountbatten mrt. just beside former Singapore badminton hall. easy drive out to major express way. Price to sell and one of the cheapest in geylang. If you miss it blame yourself.
