  Not favorable area to live in especially at n

  Old building that's across the street from Fragrance hotel. Doesn't seem that good of a place to live in, especially at night

  Dear Neighbours, please consider to enbloc

  Dear Neighbours and MCST Committee, I appeal to you to consider an enbloc sales. Our building is old and recent upgrading works gave us dirty old floor tiles and the contractors never patched the cracks on exterior walls before repainting. It was really hard to maintain our aging building. Two years ago, we had an enbloc survey but we had only 10 days to post our response (the letter was back-dated). Many of us are old and hope to move to places with better amenities. I understand that our committee members are the major owners who are running their businesses in the building. Selling on our own can't fetch a good price because our units are just too old. We had been neighbors for years and hope we can all explore the enbloc prices together, to everyone's benefit. Please kindly help.
