  Tranquil and quiet

  A small development with only 20 units. Well kept and very clean in the common areas. Only facility is a small swimming pool. Units size is very generous and regular shaped which gives plenty of livable space. The vicinity is very peaceful and quiet with unblocked views of the GCB area next door.

  Horrible experience at this place

  One of the worst places I have rented before. The house is so old that the water piping is leaking on top the ceiling. The water running is super loud. Low floor unit has a lot of insect and
