The condo is in central location, with green landscaping and mature trees. The units are large, with large balconies and whilst the buildings are old, they are solid. In fact, you need a good wifi setup for WFH. The recent external repainting has certainly helped appearance.
The grounds are ornamental and the staff stop children playing ball games. They're also a lot of dog owners and it's common to see dogs going about their business, even in the parking areas. Dog barking can be annoyance.
Mosquitoes can be problem, the condo has had dengue outbreaks over last few years. The management do fog and spray weekly - but that doesn't address potential breeding risks on balconies.
Has pool, courts and play area, plans to rebuild pool in future. BBQ area but no rain shelter.

Management issue, but overall nice place
The rooms are very nice. The pool is decent, but the gyms are good for people who want to stay fit. The playground is more suitable for younger ones. My biggest complaint is the Management, as they are rude to children and are making this condo less suitable for the older kids. They have fields, but for some reason don't allow Cricket, Baseball, and now even Soccer to be played in those fields. They expect them to be used as picnic fields. Once a kid was found playing cricket, and they shout at them, and steal kids' equipment. This cricket rule is a rule that has no logic, but is still instated! Now, they are banning kids from SELLING THINGS in the condo, and are getting mad about simple things a normal kid would do. I don't know whats happend to this condo!

Great condo after the recent renovation
The quality the condo after recent renovations is excellent. The kids playground is in the open and there is a lot of free area for children to play. The post boxes in the low rise buildings have been fitted into the walls and are now operational. This has ensured that the earlier makeshift arrangement of postboxes is no longer required. There club house has two gyms - with latest equipment for all those who like to remain fit. The renovated barbecue facilities are very kids friendly. The area around the condo is full of trees and great for a walk, and the balconies are designed so that one can enjoy the rains along with a fantastic view. Highly recommended !

Not friendly to kids
Before renovation playground was great and a key reason we chose condo (sand pit, slides, bridge and so on). Now the new equipment is not friendly to young kids (key reason why we will be leaving). Gym is very good though. Letter boxes are unsightly for low-rise blocks (standing on wood poles until a supposedly imminent Singapore Post approval; not very well planned). Management quite obtuse and erratic.
