Freehold: Quiet and central
With so many 99 yrs condo, FH gives some form of certainty.
Adv: Central, not far from NEX (MRT: NE12/CC13). Peaceful. Next to Serangoon Stadium.
Disadv: About 25% Tenanted. Small development.
