Small project
There is a total of 10 units in this project, so it is very exclusive. However, there is a problem if you have 2 cars as there are only exactly 10 lots in the project. For Penthouse unit, living and dining area is really cramp. Bedrooms are of good size. Master Bedroom is really small surprisingly.
Pros:
1)Exclusive
2)Huge Roof terrace
3)Maintenance fees is reasonable at $280 per month.
4) 999years leasehold.
Cons:
1) Living and Dining areas are really small.
2) Corridor is narrow and dark.
3) No lots for visitors and those owners with 2 cars will be a problem

Peaceful and Quiet
The location of the place is very peaceful and quiet.we love its location and management is responsive to breakdowns and issues. But being a small development, the developer did not do a good job with the construction. Top level units have waterproofing problems right from the start. Windows in many units throughout the development leaks in raining seasons. My advise is, think twice before you buy. And any developments by the main con and developer of this development, check thoroughly before buying.
