  An oasis amongst a slightly crowded area

  We viewed a unit here just recently. The condo, as the land area suggests, has the minimal facilities required for a condo. A very decent sized lap pool (about 30m?), jacuzzi, wading pool, BBQ pit and a small gym. The private lifts are a boon, with public lifts to accommodate for deliverymen / guests Upkeep of the development is very good. In the brief 1 hour I was there, the security guard did at least 2 rounds of the condo, suggesting a strong security presence. There were 2-3 guards present which allows for proper rotation of staff Specific to the 2BR unit we saw, the MBR was able to fit a King bed whilst the 2nd BR could fit a Queen bed. Furnishing was of very good quality despite it being 4 years old since TOP. The rental yield of the area is particularly attractive to a landlord, and the neighbourhood a good fit for tenants and owners alike.
