  Well maintained condo with good security

  Well upkept condo with good MC. Pool may be small and corridor average but the landscaping and facilities condition are tops. Units are spacious compared to new developments post 2010

  City Living at its best

  Very conveniently located, near bus and MRT but yet quiet as it is along a quiet lorong. Lots of good food, cool architecture (nice conservation house in Rezi itself as well) and gentrification in the neighbourhood. Well maintained condo with good environment.

Its near to future Paya Lebar Commercial Hub, Kallang Riverside development (Commercial, Office, etc) and Future Sports Hub! These will significantly increase the demand for high quality developements around this area!
