Crystal clear blue swimming pools, good tenants, management team, security & maintainance.   Prime location just about 2 mins walk from the orchard road shopping paradise, good privacy and with extremely large swimming pool, convenient and near transportation and amenities.

  Very outstanding one of its kind location. Right behind paragon and very close to Orchard road. It is also right in the centre of one of Singapore's two most famous medical centers - mount ELIZABETH orchard and paragon medical centers.

  The key feature of Richmond Park is its prime location, situated just 2 minutes from the shopping paradise of orchard road. What’s unique about this development is also the fact that it is a single tower block, which allows the limited number of residents to preserve their privacy in enjoying the communal facilities; including its extremely large swimming pool situated next to a well maintained barbecue pit and almost golfing green soft lawn by the children’s playground. Recent upgrade and refurbishment works also add to preserve the value of this property.
