Ripple Bay
Full facilities condo with a sky gym & sky lounge overlooking the sea. Very resort laid back feel based on the design & its location so close to the beach (3-4mins walk) -

Tucked Away Tranquility
Very close to nature. Breezy. Not a lot of condos offer a sea view with huge ships passing by, people sailing or kayaking. The sound of horn...maybe even an airshow. It is sad they stopped the free shuttle. Surrounding wise - it's okay. As for the interior, most developers go for the same type of doors! They look cheap. I've seen better quality doors used by small scale developers. Condos should be built with high ceilings so that pretty looking chandeliers or pendant lights could be installed. Considering the number of blocks, it is very well spaced out. More ventilation for toilets would be appreciated instead of suffering from mouldy toilet ceilings. Overall could be a nice place to live if we adjust ourselves and not reducing our expectations level. Love your home! -

The management loves to use leaf blowers and
The management at this condominium loves to blast gas powered leaf blowers every single day and use extremely deafening power washing equipment daily, so do not believe the reviews that suggest this condominium is a nice and quiet environment because you will be in for a huge shock. This condominum is not recommended for anyone. -

Ripple Bay condo
Great tranquil environment. Great seaview from sky gym and sky lounge which few condos have. Beach is just 5 minutes walk away. Downtown east is 10mins walk away. Maintenance of amenities is great compare to other condos within the area. Suited for retirement too! -

bits of good and not so good
A perfect place if you need serenity and away from traffic noise, an aspect that not many endowed or has the privilege to obtain. common facilities are adequate, however management can be a little bit more up to date in maintaining the surroundings and its working conditions, but no complaints. security is top notch. a perfect place for introverts. and im enjoying it. moving forward to the shortcomings, being a designer doesnt necessary means it is a perfect excuse to get things done voiding the need to common sense/logic. finishing is atrocious, unusable and without sense of practicality. i would like to meet the person who designed the lot and really see if its really came down to its intention or is it of their ability. -
