  Unexpected full facilities condo

  Was surprised that this "small condo" was equipped with a proper gym, swimming pool and kids pool, bbq pits, changing room with sauna and even a function room converted from a previous squash court. At first, I thought this is just another apartment status development, but realized that it actually has a decent and one of the bigger site in the balestier area at about 79,000 sqft of land area with good enbloc potential as it's currently 10 storey but can build up to max 36 of storey according to URA masterplan 2019. Nice, friendly security, well gated and responsive management, low maintenance fee yet most of the things are in good order for a 28 year old condo. Important thing is that the units are spacious with functional layout.

  Superb location

  A great location condo with good facilities, great and responsible management and security Guards. Lots of eateries, wet market are within 500m and a new Shaw Plaza is ready soon

  Resort feel close to town.

  Spacious interiors. Close to town. Well connected by bus. Novena mrt short bus ride away. Shaw plaza right at doorstep.

  Older compared to neighbouring properties, but you have the space and facilities - Gym , Swimming, tennis , function room.

  If you don't mind older condo but you want freehold in town area, consider this. It is about $1100psf only and with lots of amenities at its doorstep. Walking distance to the MRT is a bit far though.
