  Investing in my future

  I’ve always been taught by my parents to plan ahead, and with Rivercove Residences, I see a very bright future. This area is developing fast, so it’s natural that property prices will appreciate. It’s a short walk from Tongkang LRT and a couple of stops away from Sengkang MRT. There’s a bus terminal in the area too. The neighbourhood is home to a few schools and healthcare facilities. You’ll find malls and supermarkets in the vicinity too.

  Perfect for active people

  We moved into Rivercove Residences just after the project was completed. Since we had invested in a 3-bedroom condo, we were just waiting to get possession of our apartment. It’s a modern residence with contemporary amenities and facilities you’d expect of any new project. The location in Anchorvale is great too, with the Layar LRT nearby. If you are into hockey, the sports stadium is just five minutes away.

  District 19 has a number of ECs built for many years. Rivercove Residences is one of them. One of the plus point of this EC is its immediate waterway front. It is relatively near to the LRT
