  horrible horrible place

  For the price, dont waste your time. The buiding is falling apart. Leaky pipes, smells, no facilities, terrible noises , and all round slow and lazy management. Pay a little more and go next door

  Prospective tenants: stay away!

  Prospective tenants: stay away! I rented a unit here for 2 years. Although the location is attractive, the property itself & dealings with owners/agents leaves a lot to be desired. The centralised aircon system is extremely power hungry - it is not uncommon to receive $500+ electricity bills with normal usage. Despite that, it wouldn't cool effectively and require 100s of $ in frequent gas top ups. Mould everywhere - despite repainting the walls and ceilings, you'd see signs of mould appearing within a couple of months. Ventilation in units is extremely poor - only 2 tiny windows in the entire unit that partially open. Overall, can't say it's a livable environment. Finally, units here are owned by companies, & part of their business seems to scam tenants out of their deposits.

  Riverside 48

  Looks a bit like an office building on the outside. It is close to the main entertainment area of Robertson Quay and literally at the side of the river
