  Riversound Residence

  Riversound Residence surrounded with good views. We have had a generally positive experience. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities (gym, pool, etc.) are great. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The management team is responsive to issues. Overall, it's a great place to live.

  Riversound Residence

  Riversound Residence located condo near to schools, shopping malls, kopitiam. It is within walking distance to MRT stations such as Kangkar LRT, with two LRT station (~5min) will reach Sengkang MRT. Nice river sky lounge, you able to view whole serangoon river. Maintained and peaceful with large swimming pools.

  Relaxing and Nice River Viewing

  Quieting, comforting and sedative area. Accessible is good for driving or public transport. Near LRT and able walk to Buangkok MRT. Nearby coffeeshop, foodcourt, NTUC or giant supermarket.

  Evening Swim in Paradise

  Living at Riversound Condo has been an amazing experience for my family and me. The highlight for us has to be the gorgeous infinity swimming pool. It’s the perfect place to unwind, especially in the evening when the views are simply breathtaking. Our kids absolutely love it, and it’s become our go-to spot for family fun and relaxation. The peaceful ambiance and top-notch amenities truly make it feel like a retreat. If you’re looking for a family-friendly place with an incredible pool, Riversound Condo is the perfect choice.

  Can swim laps in swimming pool

  Sometimes condo swimming pools are small, and seem like for residents to dip their feet or soak in the pool and not for actual swimming. The size of the pool here is big and you can actually swim laps in it.

  Faulty security gate system

  It's a hassle for residents at times because the security system for the gate is faulty and cannot be opened from a press of the button on the residents' side. They have to physically come down to fetch the guests up. When it rains, it's just pure inconvenience to guests and residents

  My thoughts after staying for 3 years

  I lived in this development for a while and here is my feedback: a lot of ants, spiders and bees will crawl and enter my unit. Exterior wise it has a lot of visible green algae, not near any eateries which requires a walk of at least 500m to the nearest one. This is a development good for people who drive.

  If you living in the vibrant Seng Kang locale, this may interest you. Still quite reasonable sales and rental price with good facilities
