Interesting Property,
Location along River Valley, easy access to Sommerset MRT, Near by Bus stop, NTUC Supermarket, Mohd Sultan pubs
Price looks attractive at $12xx psf for D9, River Valley, some D15 already above $13xx psf, D7 above $1400psf,
I heard Pacific Mansion, 4 bedroom sold at > $1370psf, RV pt 80% CSA signed in 07, $2 mil payout..
Its a tad old for my liking, but for those who mind the age, its worth considering.

good location
Great location, but alot of renovation needed. owner asked for 1350psf. so i walked away. 3 weeks later agent reduced to 1200psf. What a pity. This place is great, but never at this 1200psf. Bought nearby newer development at 11800psf. proves that if you look hard enough, there are genuine sellers. like this place though.
