  Undervalued GEM

  A well-maintained development that is conveniently located close to various amenities including Somerset MRT and upcoming mrts next to Liang Court/Great World City. Interior design has a little retro touch which I find rather unique and interesting. Definitely an undervalued GEM in River Valley.

  Good potential

  Nice cosy development with good potential once done up. Pricing seems very attractive for its location too.

  Value for Money

  Interesting Property, Location along River Valley, easy access to Sommerset MRT, Near by Bus stop, NTUC Supermarket, Mohd Sultan pubs Price looks attractive at $12xx psf for D9, River Valley, some D15 already above $13xx psf, D7 above $1400psf, I heard Pacific Mansion, 4 bedroom sold at > $1370psf, RV pt 80% CSA signed in 07, $2 mil payout.. Its a tad old for my liking, but for those who mind the age, its worth considering.

  good location

  Great location, but alot of renovation needed. owner asked for 1350psf. so i walked away. 3 weeks later agent reduced to 1200psf. What a pity. This place is great, but never at this 1200psf. Bought nearby newer development at 11800psf. proves that if you look hard enough, there are genuine sellers. like this place though.
