  Good location to rent

  The 2 room apartments are ideal for singles like me or for working couples. I am impressed by the practical space planning for smaller units which I am looking to rent. Location is perfect for those who like the East Coast. The unit I am looking for to rent is at the top level facing the private residential enclave, which is peaceful, quiet and breezy, yet I can have the convenience of public transport on the other side of the condominium to catch direct buses going to the CBD where I work.

  Nice part of east coast

  Was at my friend's place recently. Cant help but notice that the uphill drive to the development is quite pleasant. Nice quiet neighbourhood lined with many landed homes. i like the modern tropical architecture of Riviera Res. The management has done quite a good job of maintaining the landscaping. My friend's patio unit was unbelievably breezy. I may just change my mind about my D15 house hunt and keep an eye out on a gd unit here.

  3 bedder.....

  recently, went to check out the 3 bedder with a floor space of 1281 sq ft. one asking for 1.45m while the other one asking for 1.5m, both neg. layout is nice.....and as both in high floor.....both are quite windy. kitchen is small but one thing i like is that balcony space is small so the place look big as compare to newer project where balcony took out too much space. btw....i notice crack on both unit and some water seepage on the wall of one of the master room.
