Hidden Gem
Stack 01 and 02 have unblocked MBS views over Istana grounds. Can’t beat that balcony view! And there’s separate utility balcony by the back so laundry has its proper place. Location is central with Orchard being 1 station away. Units are spacious - 1700 to 1800plus. Private lifts. -

Best layout and Best View in D11
I have lived in Rochelle for 7 months in stack 2 (1701 sqft 3+1) now with rent. I am extremely satisfied with its (1) good location, (2) very practical layout with no wastage space, (3) stunning city new looking CBD highrise and MBS, (4) being very cozy and quiet and (5) Newton & Novena MRT is just near by. Downside could be it's only 1 block project and swimming pool is small there's not much space for kids. Front stacks (stack 01 and 02) has stunning city view, but stacks behind (stack 03, 04, 05) are surrounded by multiple other projects. So, I am not so sure. -

Rochelle at Newton
Practical spacious layout, private lift, great unblocked views, north-south facing, quiet street in good locale, in a street with new developments, amenities just within walking distance (restaurants in Chui Huay Lim club at doorstep and United Square). 10min walk to Newton MRT. Shortcut to busstop along Newton Road. Great potential for upside, potentially benefitting from PUB's river project if canal is converted. Low profile development, 99-year leasehold, 'normal' design in a glitzy estate, small function rooms and gym, faces canal, small pool deck. -

ACS and SJI within 1km
With the new ruling on Singaporeans getting priority when they live within 1km of schools, this development is ideal for families with young children. Tuition centres just behind, road widenings going on. Good future investment and even own stay. -

No frills development
Location is off Newton and one of the few 99 years in the area. Very build up in the area. Only the front facing units worth considering. Sale has been slow for obvious reasons. Developer will need to cut price to get units moving. -

Condo @ Newton in this price?
I had a viewing of showflat in 2009 right after economic crisis, now I fully regret that I didn't buy this at that time. Layout is very practical and location is very convenient. I just checked out the developer price couple of weeks ago, it's still amazing value. Average psf is roughly about $1300~1350 psf. Amarilis Ville just next to Rochelle askes $1400~1450 psf. Both are equally 99 lease hold. I see very big potential of investment when time goes close to TOP. -

Rochelle
Regret that i didnt buy this earlier when units selling @$1100 psf for 10+ floors. Now developer asking $1300! Saw the show unit previously and thought the layout was very practical and spacious. Though on one way street, it is very quiet and short walk from United Square. Very convenient to Newton MRT too. Many highrises behind Keng Lee and Lincoln Rd but Rochelle is next to a low rise clan building and church - so, the area doesnt feel so dense. Near good schools too ... -

Decent location but too crowded and leasehold
Just last month, I was scouting around for property and chanced upon this project. Later i found out that one of my friends owns a 3-bedder unit there. After chatting with several experienced property agents i found out that this is a 99-leasehold project and the lease is from the clan association. I also discovered that sales are somehow slow for this project. One reservation that i have is what happens upon the 99-year lease - would the clan extend it or would the clan allow this site to be enbloc some 20-30 years down the road? Of course, the majority of us are not alive when the lease is up but it is important to know because it will have an impact on selling price. I leave it to you to ponder. -

Nice location But dense
The plot is not that big. and there are quite a no. of buildings ard. Can feel quite dense. Looking at it makes one worry the Rochelle is too close to the neighboring buildings. the units facing the front are better but they are pricy. -

Viewed the showhouse and impressed by the spaciousness of the unit. Very good layout, good bedroom size. Love the connected walkway from kitchen to yard - lots of space of good interior design for a second balcony. Good prime district location for this price, near newton mrt, hawker centre, united square. Good value compared to other developments nearby. -
