  2013 review

  With a change of the building management team, the residents are satisfied. Problems (gate, electrical etc) were all solved promptly. With only 16 units of mostly young families, neighbors are friendly, helpful and tolerant, very rare in today's society I must add. It has been most enjoyable living in this little exclusive estate. Few bus stops away from Nex shopping mall (mrt interchange) and 15 minutes walk to Kovan MRT.

  Rosyth Residence

  My family really enjoy living here. It is serene, quite convenient (walk to Heartland Mall/Kovan MRT/Yio Chu Kang Rd's plenty restaurants and 5 minutes drive to Chomp Chomp) but most importantly, this is a very friendly, laid-back and safe neighborhood. Due to our growing family needs, we started looking around for a bigger apartment but kept comparing them to Rosyth Residence. Now we stopped looking all together, until we can find another unit that we like more. Of course, there are drawbacks living here as well to be honest. The roads can be narrow if cars park along them and there is only one parking lot for each unit. To take the public transport, you have to walk for 10 minutes. Small inconveniences I would say. Great for people who enjoy coming back to a peaceful home after work.
