Pathetic Lobby Area
I recently viewed a penthouse which my family and I really liked. The unit is nicely decorated and totally well kept. Floor size and layout is good too. However, the major setback is the below standard lobby area. Can the management do something to improve and make it more cosy and at least achieve minimum condominium standard? I feel a lot of new HDBs look more presentable than this. -
