  Walking distance to East Coast Park

  One thing I like about this place is that ECP is near, easy to make plans on weekend. But just that it is quite far from central areas like town, that's the only con imo.

  Foodies haven

  Royal Hallmark is so near the Old Airport Food Centre, the best hawker centre in my opinion. SO many good food there. Also there's three hawker centres and many other dining options nearby too.

  Few malls within a short distance

  There are some shopping malls nearby like i12 Katong, KINEX, Katong V etc. Those malls cannot compete with those in Jurong or Orchard, but better than nothing
