  Jack hammers all day,

  The property next door is being redeveloped. Now, jackhammers start at 901AM, and go to 600PM - expect Saturdays, where you get to enjoy the noise and dust for a half day. Forget about sleeping in. There will be no peace here for a couple of years. The building is old, but well kept. Now it is incredibly dusty, because of all the cement in the air. As well, additional security measures have had to be implemented, due to additional strangers on the construction site.
