  Very nice place

  Lived there once before moving to Parksuites, I would say RoyalGreen is the best among the condos in District 10. The MRT is nearby within 200-250m walk in mostly sheltered path (which means you can reach within 3 min of walk). There is cold storage, breaktalk, OCBC bank and many eating places within 2 mins of walk. Good tuition centers and more food places and amenitiesare 2 MRTs away at King Albert and Beauty World MRT (with direct buses there as well). Not to mention, almost all the top schools are nearby - Hwa Chong, Nan Yang Pri, Raffles Girls Pri, Pei Hwa etc. There is a nice tennis court at the top of the condo

  Best location ever

  Prime location at District 10, super affordable eateries just outside of Condo main door, Cold Storage and small restaurants, spas, across the street, just 3 mins to Sixth Avenue MRT station, prestigious schools, Raffles, Hwa Chong, Nanyang Girls. Have been staying for 18months, wonderful place to call home.

  Private and cosy home

  I visited my friend's home at Royalgreen and am impressed. Ambience was just comfortable and high end. Particularly love the courtyard and pool area, which was so inviting with its nature elements

  Prestigious address

  Living one street away from the prestigious sixth avenue. Suitable for families with young children becos many good schools like Odyssey preschool, MGS, Raffles Girls School, Hwa chong are around the area

  Royal Green Condo

  Location is one of Royalgreen's strength - Sixth Avenue MRT station literally in front, plus all the amenities Sixth Avenue offers, retail, Cold Storage Supermaket, eateries, cafe.
