Poor city living arrangement, units being sub
Units way too small and cramped for comfortable living. Set on a busy road and behind dirty restaurants. Many cockroaches entering from filthy restaurants. Noisy all day and night from Mohd Sultan Rd.

Terrible management
Providing feedback on social media so others are warned about the condonium management company who shamelessly call themselves Ocean Integrated Facilities "Management."
Evidence would indicate that the MC are completely incompetent and incapable of "management" of any acceptable standard. There has been an ongoing issue with the RV Point carpark for at least a year, but of late, it has malfunctioned very frequently, sometimes up to three times a day! As I pay to reside here, which includes usage of this car park, i expect the car park to at least function. Instead, it breaks down and causes constant disruptions, preventing me from getting to work on time! This has impacted on my professional life and it is unacceptable that the car park makes me perpetually late for work! I lose high income for being late, are the MC going to compensate me?! The car park also emits an annoying alarm everytime it breaks down, often throughout the night, disrupting residents' sleep.
I have reported the issue to management countless times, both verbally through the phone and via SMS but you have never properly acknoweleged or addressed the problem. I have never had the opportunity to raise the issue to manament on site as you are never present on site! You, the MC, have a duty to maintain the proper running of the carpark but you fail to fulfil this. According to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (Cap 30C) (“BMSMA”) and its by-laws, you, the Management Corporation/Committee (MC) have a legal duty to "properly maintain (and keep in a state of good and serviceable repair) common property" which includes car park facilities common to the development. It is your legal obligation to maintain the proper functioning of this garage.
Currently, there is not even any management personel living on site. This in itself is absurd because when the car park breaks down, it takes 1 hour+ for someone to travel to RV Point to fix the garage. Unacceptable!
