  Good location, large sized apartments with so

  Great location-quiet road yet walking distance to cafes, coffeshops, restaurants, market, supermarket. Large sized apartments. Good transport links to city & MRT. Near good schools. Ample facilities

  Lousy facilities

  Been to house viewing and don't like the development. The facade looks outdated and the facilities are pathetic with a pool that is suitable for koi and the gym space and number of equipment in the gym is a shame. Been to view a unit at C2 (block 11) and the maid living below the unit was shouting loud at the children whole neighbor can hear the noise. Bad impression. We prefer grand duchess or tierra vue, full condo failities and more accessible to marine road with nice facade

  St Patrick's Loft

  It is a centrally located piece of property. Within 1 km from many top schools. Modern designs. Breezy, peace and quiet. Close to main roads but without the traffic noise. Abundance of eateries in the vicinity.

  Structural Design outdate

  The overall exterior design looks like the late 90s style. Now they are still using metal railings for the balcony.....while others are all glass panels, weird...
