  Nice location & cozy apartment

  I have been living in a two-bedroom unit at Sandalwood on Tembeling Road in the East Coast since 2010. It’s such a wonderful location and is very breezy. Overall, the apartment is cosy and this area is very pleasant. It’s not close to an MRT station, however schools, shopping centres and healthcare facilities are within proximity. Inside the development, there is a fully-equipped gymnasium and a lovely swimming pool too. As there are only 16 apartments, it almost feels like a private resort.

  Avoid moldy unit.

  A particular unit has severe mold in the master bathroom and bedroom. Mushrooms sprouted from the floors and walls. Every aircon needs to be replaced because of mold. ASK FOR PROOF OF MOLD REMEDIATION.
