  Incapable management

  The poorest management service I ever experienced mixed with the most idiotic community app to access the building; faulty and I responsive, every time I go out I risk I can’t come back because the access app does not work and they are too stupid to fix the issue

  Convenient location but unfriendly

  Many are unfriendly to certain Asian minorities. Would not recommend.

  Ideal for city living

  I'm currently stayg in one of the unit for almost half a year.. I hv to say, the convenience, proximity to town areas hv won my votes in this FH condo. Staying in mid floor, is windy n usually quiet throughout the day.. Besides, residents are easy access to food centers, fast food (kallang macdonalds, kfc) have always making me feel hungry.. Walking distant to east coast beach for a easy, relaxing weekend is what my usual weekend routine in the morning.. All I can say is, if you r looking for quiet, relax n comfortable city living, this is indeed an ideal lodging after a tiring day in office.
