Rude and stupid guard

This place has a rude and stupid guard who works from 8-5pm. Is it even needed? I think it's better to have a night guard.Snowy the dog does a better job tied to the tree at the corridor. Extremely rude to everyone;residents and guests. The MCST is either stupid or blind.
