Good Condo, Bad Management
Scotts 28 is a hidden gem. Feels like a hotel/resort when you enter the lobby. However, the gym, squash courts, and playground are not well kept. -

An oasis in the heart of Orchard
Scotts 28 is located in a quiet enclave along Scotts Road and Cairnhill Road. The selling psf of the condo is very low and reasonable as compared to the surrounding newer condos. -

Scotts 28
136 freehold units in close proximity to Orchard Road. Prestigious and most units enjoy unblocked views of the surroundings. The layout of some units can be a but irregular but can be mitigated with good designs. -

Excellent Condo Living
The condo is situated in the heart of the Orchard Road. It has two entrances, one at Scotts Road and the other at Cairnhill Road. A lot of privacy as there is only one block and lots of parking spaces as it has two levels of basement parking. The condo has full facilities and the condo is very well-built and it look as good as any recently-built condos. -
