Great Investment
Modern design with proximity to the sea. Short walk to west coast market adds convenience to easy living. No issue with renting out. But also nice place to stay. Excellent choice for single or couples -

Great mid to long term investment
Fantastic sea-side project on prized land. Very easy to rent due to proximity to japanese school, tuas industrial sites, NUS and Science Park. No growing competition given that surrounding land already all developed. Value should increase in years to come as PSA port is shifted away as per Master plan. Very worthwhile mid to longterm investment. -

Expensive and poor layout
FEO has done a brilliant job of developing a mix residential cum serviced residences project. Based on the price they paid for the land and the selling price for the condo, townhouses and SOHO, I reckon the Oasia serviced apartment will be fully paid for by buyers. Sea facing units are not worth the money, noon sun, very noise from trailers and trucks. Site is also very congested, thats why FEO remove the serviced apartment model at their showflat. Hill facing condo units are nice, BUT higher floor 1+1 units have poor and inefficient unit layout. (totally different from show flat). As for rental returns, 1 bedder 600sqft unit in dist 9 that is 200m from MRT station is going for $3500 to $4000. Do you think this place can command that kind of rental? -
