  cannot see sea

  beach resort, chalet vibes in these landed homes, units are bright and spacious with 6 bedrooms and a big kitchen. one downside however is the name Sea View Park is talking about a view rather farrr away. barely able to see the sea even at 6th storey, not beachfront property. need to walk quite a bit then reach ECP. but still relatively near enough

  Good.

  Pros: near schools, shopping malls, transport, food, affordable landed Cons: not really malls: Katong Village, Katong Shopping Centre, Katong V, Parkway Parade schools: Chij (Katong) Primary, Tanjong Katong Primary School

  walking distance to Tanjong Katong MRT

  it is now more convenient to get to Sea View Park when the new TEL tanjong katong mrt station was completed recently. after bearing with all the construction and noise, this is finally done and has been very easy to go to orchard or even woodlands where jb crossing is
