The 1 one bed room units are very good size a
The 1 one bed room units are very good size at 753sf. Considering its age of about 30 years old, the psf isn't exactly very low at above $1200.

Better properties in the vacinity
I used to live here and moved out after my family couldn't take it anymore.
Due to its close proximity to the main road on Balestier - a busy road from morning to night - we had to endure a lot of noise and dust. We had to keep our windows shut most of the time and rely on air-conditioning, which elevated our utility bills.
The building is also old and there are structural issues with it i.e. leaking ceiling.
The carpark is small with only 1 carpark per unit allotted. I had to keep my 2 other cars elsewhere.
Conservancy fees here are high as they are only 30 units. But my wife and myself didn't really mind as it meant that we had lesser neighbours to deal with. We sometimes saw women from the nearby KTVs which made us uncomfortable. But can't be helped as we live so close to Balestier.
