  All the construction has completed and back to nice living environment again!

  Super noisy!

  The condo is current surrounded by 4 construction projects; therefore, you can imagine how noisy it can be! No units can escape the noise pollution. You can hear the pounding and drilling all the time. Definitely not recommended now!!! It might be better to come check the condo in two or three years after the construction is finished for the first stage.

  A steal super undervalue

  nathan loft going at 1980psf and nathan suite at 2100psf with no more supply of land around this area. This price is still a steal its going up up up. With no unuse space and a competitive quatum for rental, this is a investment haven!!!! if vision at west coast is selling at 1000psf this is definitely a bargin!!

  Simple no fuss residence

  If you want a place with easy access, short walk to the lift and to your front door step, this is the place for you. Easy access to Cold Storage at Valley Point, Great World and Tiong Bahru wet market. If you need a big pool, sauna and tennis court, go join a country club.

  Excellent investment!!

  Rv edge going at 1800psf nathan suites going at 2000psf . This is still under rated, wait till all the apartment top the price will take off. Valley park only have enblock potential the quantum is so big how much can u rent out. Y rent 1 rm when u can rent 2 rm. U have to be investor to know

  i think the location is good but it is a small development and i dont understand why so many people is trying to sell this place. Considering it is not a full condominum and the rental is only 2.5% -3% realistically. i rented a unit at valley park instead. same rental but better facilities.
